about Epilogue: ‘Tendrás que pensártelo’

Almost finishing our discussions, there is one question left… Is life worthy? And this question is the mot important one since it involves the awareness of the choices we have. Just keep on thinking…
The following video is a tribute made on youtube of my favourite SitCom, Friends, I’ve chosen it as a nice summary of what life is about…. Decisions…

Excelent way to pu it!!! and, as I'm supposed to be doing my chemistry homework right now, I'm going to add just one phrase as a comment... its in spanish, because in English it is not that beautiful:

"Quien tiene un por qué vivir acepta cualquier cómo"

Love,
Dido

:-) Whose quote is that, Dido? Certainly worth remembering, in my view! Yoha, it'd be great to see your list of what makes life worth it... or not! Not that we can expect an exhaustive taxonomy, or that reasons may change once and again...

My 2 cents: Mr. Keating quoting Walt Whitman in Dead Poet's Society: ""O me! O life!... of the questions of these recurring; of the endless trains of the faithless--of cities filled with the foolish; what good amid these, O me, O life? Answer. That you are here - that life exists, and identity; that the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse." That the powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse. What will your verse be?"

All my love,
Gladys

What a question Gladys!!!
Now that I come to think about it... I've found that tehre are several things that make my life worthy... some of them are:
1. My family
2. Working hard
3. Studying hard
4. Trying to succed in whatever I encourage myself
Always making desitions by the way!!!!

Hello Gladys,
The quote belongs to Nietzsche, I can't find out in which of his works it is, but it was taken from Viktor Frankl's book "El hombre en busca de sentido", where he quotes Nietzsche "Quien tiene un por qué para vivir puede de soportar casi cualquier cómo"...

I hope you find this information useful,

Greetings,

Dido
